Ingredients
- 12 ounces cranberries, fresh
- 2/3 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 pick over cranberries to remove any stems.
- 3 toss with sugar and spread on a foil lined (or silpat lined) sheet pan.
- 4 roast for 15 minutes, stirring every five minutes.
- 5 cool and enjoy.
