Easy Apple Gingerbread Pudding

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 1/2 cup golden syrup

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice apples into an ovenproof dish.
  • 2 sprinkle over the sugar and water.
  • 3 place in oven at 350'f/180'c while preparing the topping.
