Dutch/german Pancakes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 melt butter in oven. (careful not to burn).
  • 3 while butter is melting, combine remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl. beat with rotary beater just until smooth.
  • 4 when butter is melted, take out and tilt to cover bottom of pan with melted butter.
  • 5 pour combined ingredients into hot skillet.
  • 6 bake at 425 degree preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. serve immediately.
