Dutch/german Pancakes

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 melt butter in oven. (careful not to burn).
- 3 while butter is melting, combine remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl. beat with rotary beater just until smooth.
- 4 when butter is melted, take out and tilt to cover bottom of pan with melted butter.
- 5 pour combined ingredients into hot skillet.
- 6 bake at 425 degree preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. serve immediately.
