Savoury Porridge

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup porridge oats
  • 1 -2 egg
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered

Recipe

  • 1 cook the oats in a egg /water mix the way you would with plain water.
  • 2 take off the heat and stir in spinach and quartered cherry tomatoes, top with cheese and some pepper and parsley if you so wish.
  • 3 microwave until hot and cheese is gooey.
  • 4 serve immediately.
