Fruit Smoothie - Mango

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 mango, peeled and seeded
  • 1 papaya, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberry
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • strawberries or mint, for garnish
  • ice cube, if desired

Recipe

  • 1 place the fruit and orange juice in a blender and process until smooth. adjust the amount of juice to create the consistency you prefer.
  • 2 for a frozen smoothie use frozen fruit or add a few ice cubes.
  • 3 serve in wineglasses with strawberry or mint for garnish.
