Super Loaded Nacho Pizzas

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages boboli pizza crusts
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded taco cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 6 cups nacho cheese flavor doritos (from 16 oz pkg)
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup cheez whiz (from 15 oz jar)
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 2 scallions, sliced, 1/2 c
  • guacamole, and fresh cilantro (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400. place pizza crusts on two baking sheets. spread each crust with about 2 1/2 tablespoons taco sauce, then 1/4 cup taco cheese.
  • 2 toss beans with remaining taco sauce. dividing equally, top pizzas with bean mixture, tortilla chips and olives. stir remaining 1 cup taco cheese into cheez whiz; drizzle over pizzas. sprinkle with tomato. bake until hot and bubbly, 5-7 minutes. sprinkle with scallions. if desired, garnish with guacamole and cilantro.
