Mom's Yorkshire

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 -2 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 put eggs and milk in the blender, then add flour and salt.
- 2 mix well, put in the refridgerater and blend periodically through out the day.
- 3 when ready, preheat oven to 400.
- 4 put a teaspoon of oil in each muffin tin.
- 5 (roast drippings are good too.) heat oil until very hot.
- 6 remove from oven and add yorkshire mixture.
- 7 return to the oven for about 20- 25 minutes until high and golden.
