Ingredients
- 1 cup prune
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dates
- 2 cups prune juice
Recipe
- put everything in a pot on the stove bring to a boil.
- reduce heat to a simmer until liquid is absorbed.
- put in blender or food processor and puree.
- cool.
- keep in sealed container in fridge.
- use 2 tablespoons a day on muffins, toast, crackers etc, even alone is good.
