Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked short-grain brown rice, cooled
- fresh dill, gently plucked
- fresh parsley, gently plucked
- 1 raw fresh ear of corn, scaled
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 large scallion, chopped
- 2 lemons, juice of
- salt and pepper
- all purpose seasoning, i use simply organics
- lemon
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl. refrigerate till serving.
