Dutch Sugar Cream Pie

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425°f
- 2 combine ingredients thoroughly using whisk and then pour into pie shell. dot the top with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and dust with white sugar.
- 3 bake at 425°f for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven to 325°f, and bake for 45-55 minutes longer. you might want to wrap the edges of the pie crust with foil to prevent excessive browning.
- 4 cool and refrigerate completely before cutting as it firms up as it sits and cools.
