Ingredients
- 12 ounces
- 1/2 cup vinegar, preferably
- 1/4 cup oil, preferably canola or 1/4 cup corn
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons dk's lone star dry rub seasonings
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 throw everything together and stir.
- 2 add up to an additional cup or oil if meat being smoked is lean or dry.
- 3 apply with a small string mop or a pastry brush.
