Ingredients
- 1 lb minced beef steak
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 minced onion
- 1 egg
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 slice bacon
- tomato slices and parsley (for garnish)
Recipe
- 1 mix minced beef with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, minced onion, and egg.
- 2 form into a flat cake.
- 3 put in greased baking tin with 2 cups cold water, tomato sauce, chopped onion and bacon on top.
- 4 cover with foil and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
- 5 garnish with tomato slices and parsley.
- 6 serve either hot or cold.
