Dr. Oz. Energizing Breakfast: Mini Egg Tins

Ingredients

  • 2 -5 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 375°f.
  • 2 beat desired amount of eggs in a bowl.
  • 3 combine chopped veggies and eggs and mix.
  • 4 pour mixture into greased muffin tin.
  • 5 bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the egg mixture puffs and sets.
