- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 6 ounces canned whole green chilies
Recipe
- 1 mix rice with sour cream.
- 2 spread 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish.
- 3 cube cheese and wrap chilis around the cubes.
- 4 layer cheese stuffed chilis over rice.
- 5 cover with remaining rice.
- 6 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
