Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut in 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 cook asparagus in boiling water 2 minutes, or until just cooked. drain.
- 2 immediately rinse asparagus under cold running water until it has cooled. drain well.
- 3 combine asparagus in a bowl with remaining ingredients.
