Peachy Peach Smoothie

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 medium peach, peeled, pitted
  • 1 (6 ounce) container low-fat peach yogurt
  • 2/3 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
  • 1/2 cup ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 approximately 15 minutes before making the smoothie lay the banana out of the freezer to defrost slightly.
  • 2 peel the banana add along with remaining ingredients to blender container.
  • 3 process until smooth and creamy, enjoy!
