- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 medium peach, peeled, pitted
- 1 (6 ounce) container low-fat peach yogurt
- 2/3 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 1/2 cup ice cube
Recipe
- 1 approximately 15 minutes before making the smoothie lay the banana out of the freezer to defrost slightly.
- 2 peel the banana add along with remaining ingredients to blender container.
- 3 process until smooth and creamy, enjoy!
