Ingredients
- 500 g summer fruit
- 500 g jam sugar
Recipe
- 1 briefly blend the fruit and place in a large microwave proof bowl with the sugar. microwave on high for 3 mins then stir and microwave for a further 3 minutes stirring after.
- 2 finish with a further 2 mins and pour into warm sterilised jars. once bottled will keep for up to 6 months keep in fridge after opening.
