Double Cheddar Cheese Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 40 ounces frozen potatoes au gratin
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 small sweet onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 (7 ounce) jar roasted sweet red peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb

Recipe

  • 1 thaw scalloped potatoes in frig overnight.
  • 2 stir together potatoes and next 5 ingredients.
  • 3 spoon into lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
  • 4 may be covered and chilled if desired.
  • 5 sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until deep golden brown.
  • 7 let sit 10 minutes.
