Double Cheddar Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 40 ounces frozen potatoes au gratin
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1/2 small sweet onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 (7 ounce) jar roasted sweet red peppers, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb
Recipe
- 1 thaw scalloped potatoes in frig overnight.
- 2 stir together potatoes and next 5 ingredients.
- 3 spoon into lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
- 4 may be covered and chilled if desired.
- 5 sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until deep golden brown.
- 7 let sit 10 minutes.
