Dorchester Spareribs

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 lamb baby back ribs
  • 3/8 cup tomato ketchup
  • 3/8 cup brown sauce
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1 dash tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 5 tablespoons cola
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash celery salt

Recipe

  • 1 place all of the marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  • 2 place the lamb ribs in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade, turning to coat. leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
  • 3 preheat the oven to 400°f.
  • 4 transfer the ribs to an ovenproof dish, spoon over the marinade and bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until a deep reddish brown. serve.
