Ingredients

- 16 lamb baby back ribs
- 3/8 cup tomato ketchup
- 3/8 cup brown sauce
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 dash tabasco sauce, to taste
- 5 tablespoons cola
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash celery salt
Recipe
- 1 place all of the marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- 2 place the lamb ribs in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade, turning to coat. leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
- 3 preheat the oven to 400°f.
- 4 transfer the ribs to an ovenproof dish, spoon over the marinade and bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until a deep reddish brown. serve.
