Do Ahead - 3 Cheese Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 3/4 cup cottage cheese
• 6 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese soup
• salt & pepper

Recipe

• 1 add all the ingredients to the mashed potatoes, mix well.
• 2 place in a buttered casserole, place in fridge until ready to bake, bring to room temperature before you place it in the oven.
• 3 preheat oven to 350f.
• 4 bake uncovered for apprx 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
