Ingredients
- 500 g rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups dried fruit
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180 oc.
- 2 mix dry ingredients together in your oven dish.
- 3 gently heat the honey and oil until runny.
- 4 mix oil and honey into dry ingredienst and bake.
- 5 check and turn about every 10 minutes.
- 6 total baking time 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden.
- 7 cool then add the dried fruit (craisins, raisins, apple, apricots, banana etc).
- 8 when cool put in an airtight container.
