Easy And Delicious Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup canola oil
• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
• 1 tablespoon spice
• 1 (16 ounce) can vanilla frosting
• 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Recipe

• 1 combine the pumpkin, eggs, sugar and oil in a large bowl and mix well. add the spice and cake mix, beat for 2 minutes.pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. cook at 350 for 35-45 minutes, or untill a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. cool on wire rack. soften the cream cheese and mix with the vanilla frosting. spread over cake. store in refrigerator.
