Sugar Pie ( Quebec )

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter (doesn't work well with marg.)
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk

Recipe

  • 1 whisk in a double boiler until smooth while bringing to a boil (should take about 20 minutes).
  • 2 then pour into your best/fave. 9-inch pie crust and bake at 350-400°f for 20 - 30 minute.
  • 3 (or 24 tart shells for 10 - 12 minutes).
