Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

- 48 vanilla wafers
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 8 ounces cream cheese
Recipe
- 1 line sides of a 9 inch pie pan with vanilla wafers and set aside.
- 2 crush remaining vanilla wafers.
- 3 melt butter.
- 4 mix butter and crushed vanilla wafers and press into the bottom of the pie pan.
- 5 cream the condensed milk and cream cheese together.
- 6 add lemon juice and mix until smooth.
- 7 pour in pie crust.
- 8 chill for 3 hours.
- 9 maybe topped with whipped cream when served.
