Doggie Peanut Butter Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup carrot, shredded
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 mix flour and baking soda.
• 2 add remaining ingredients.
• 3 pour into greased 8" round cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
• 4 let cool.
• 5 frosting ideas: cream cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, neufchatel cheese or cottage cheese. stiffen icing with meringue powder, which is basically powdered egg whites.
