Easy And Fast Bacon Fried Rice

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups cooked white rice, cold
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced thinly
  • 6 slices thick bacon, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 in a large wok or high sided skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat until done.
  • 2 remove bacon from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside to drain on paper towels.
  • 3 add green onion to bacon grease and cook until tender and slightly translucent.
  • 4 add rice to pan and cook until rice is very lightly brown and cooked throughout.
  • 5 push rice to the sides and add egg into center of pan.
  • 6 quickly scramble cook eggs.
  • 7 push rice back into center of pan and mix all thoroughly.
  • 8 season with soy sauce to taste.
