Ingredients
- 1 (540 g) can creamed corn
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- salt
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together except the oil.
- 2 drop by tbspful into the hot oil.
- 3 turn.
- 4 turn again when golden brown.
- 5 drain.
