Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, flesh of
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/4 fresh habanero pepper (careful with these, very hot)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until the mangoes begin to break down.
- 2 puree the mixture in a food processor or blender.
- 3 can be served hot or cold.
