Mushrooms In Sour Cream Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 3 teaspoons dried parsley (or 1/4 cup fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 8 ounces sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • 2 add onions, mushrooms, and garlic. saute for 5 minutes.
  • 3 add wine, salt, and pepper. cook stirring often for 4-5 minutes, or until wine is reduced by half.
  • 4 stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • 5 add sour cream and parsley, stir well.
  • 6 heat through and serve.
