Mushrooms In Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup wine
- 3 teaspoons dried parsley (or 1/4 cup fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 8 ounces sour cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
- 2 add onions, mushrooms, and garlic. saute for 5 minutes.
- 3 add wine, salt, and pepper. cook stirring often for 4-5 minutes, or until wine is reduced by half.
- 4 stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- 5 add sour cream and parsley, stir well.
- 6 heat through and serve.
