Double Chocolate Cranberry Marble Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, melted
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted

Recipe

  • 2 in a bowl combine crust ingredients.
  • 3 press mixture into the bottom of a 10-inch springform pan; set aside.
