Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 5 ounces white chocolate (i use bakers brand)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350°f.
  • 2 coarsely chop the chocolate and set aside.
  • 3 cream the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
  • 4 add in the eggs and vanilla.
  • 5 in a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda and salt.
  • 6 slowly beat the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture, being sure not to overbeat the dough.
  • 7 stir in the chocolate.
  • 8 bake on greased cookies trays for 8-10 minutes.
