Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 5 ounces white chocolate (i use bakers brand)
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350°f.
- 2 coarsely chop the chocolate and set aside.
- 3 cream the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
- 4 add in the eggs and vanilla.
- 5 in a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda and salt.
- 6 slowly beat the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture, being sure not to overbeat the dough.
- 7 stir in the chocolate.
- 8 bake on greased cookies trays for 8-10 minutes.
