Donna's Black Bean Brownies

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 in food processor, puree beans with melted butter. beat with eggs in large bowl.
  • 3 add sugar, cocoa, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. add flour and mix until well blended.
  • 4 in a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  • 5 take out 1 cup of mixture. press remaining into greased pan. spoon original mixture on the oatmeal mix. crumble remaining mix bean mixture. bake 30 minutes or until middle comes out clean.
