Ingredients

- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup low fat soy flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, bring 3/4 cup of water (i use 1/2 cup skim milk) to a boil.
- 2 stir in 1/2 cup cereal mix (i use 1/4 cup) and turn heat to low.
- 3 simmer for 1 minute, cover, and remove from heat.
- 4 allow to stand for 3 minutes.
- 5 serve immediately with fresh berries.
