Dr. Perricone's Stop The Clock Cereal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup low fat soy flour
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, bring 3/4 cup of water (i use 1/2 cup skim milk) to a boil.
  • 2 stir in 1/2 cup cereal mix (i use 1/4 cup) and turn heat to low.
  • 3 simmer for 1 minute, cover, and remove from heat.
  • 4 allow to stand for 3 minutes.
  • 5 serve immediately with fresh berries.
