Robert's Hot Dog Sauerkraut

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (15 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
• 1 tablespoon bacon grease
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons horseradish
• 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese

Recipe

• 1 mix mayonnaise and horseradish together in a large bowl.
• 2 melt bacon grease in frying pan over medium high heat.
• 3 add sauerkraut to frying pan and brown lightly.
• 4 mix warm sauerkraut to mayonnaise and horseradish; mix well.
• 5 stir in cheese until mixed.
• 6 serve on top of your favorite hot dog while warm.
