Ingredients

- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 7 ounces dry wine
Recipe
- 1 beat the egg yolks, whole egg, sugar, flour, and vanilla until mixture is thick and yellow.
- 2 blend in the orange juice and wine and cook in a double boiler until foamy.
- 3 allow to cool.
- 4 pour over the dessert or serve in a seperate bowl with the dessert.
