Not Sweet, Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 2 tablespoons light italian dressing
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Recipe

• 1 cook sweet potatoes in boiling water 10 minutes or until tender.
• 2 drain sweet potatoes, set aside.
• 3 heat italian dressing in pan, med-high.
• 4 add onion cook & stir 5 minutes.
• 5 add sweet potatoes, mash lightly.
• 6 add brown sugar, sour cream.
• 7 stir until heated through.
