Mushrooms In Sour Cream

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter to a 12 in skillet over medium-high heat. add mushrooms, green onions, salt and pepper. cook, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are tender, about 10 minutes.
  • 2 stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil). spoon mushroom mixture into medium bowl. serve warm or refrigerate to serve cold later.
