Mushrooms In Sour Cream

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter to a 12 in skillet over medium-high heat. add mushrooms, green onions, salt and pepper. cook, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are tender, about 10 minutes.
- 2 stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil). spoon mushroom mixture into medium bowl. serve warm or refrigerate to serve cold later.
