Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 -6 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- flour
- 2 -4 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 garlic cloves
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup
- 2 cups water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- cornstarch (to thicken, if desired)
Recipe
- 1 coat chicken in flour.
- 2 heat butter in large frying pan.
- 3 brown chicken, then take out and keep warm.
- 4 add garlic and mushrooms.
- 5 saute until brown.
- 6 add to deglaze.
- 7 add water and bouillon cubes.
- 8 simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
- 9 add chicken and continue to simmer until chicken is fully cooked.
- 10 (if desired, mix in some cornstarch to thicken).
- 11 serve with white or brown rice.
