Double Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 73% cacao
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.
- 2 in a medium bowl combine grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla.
- 3 stir wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
- 4 fold in chocolate chips and almond slices.
- 5 spoon dough 1 heaping tablespoon at a time a parchment lined baking sheet, pressing down with palm of your hand to flatten.
- 6 bake at 350 for 7 to 10 minutes, until lightly golden.
- 7 cool cookies on the baking sheets for 20 minutes, then serve.
