Raspberry Sparkle Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (32 ounce) bottle carbonated lemon-lime beverage, chilled (sprite or 7-up)
  • fresh mint sprig

Recipe

  • 1 process raspberries in a blender; strain and discard seeds.
  • 2 combine raspberry pulp, lemonade concentrate, and water; chill.
  • 3 combine raspberry mixture and sprite; stir well; serve in tall glasses over ice.
  • 4 garnish with mint sprigs.
