Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 process raspberries and sugar in a blender or processor until smooth.
- 2 press berries through fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.
- 3 place berr mixture in saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and stir over medium heat until thickened & bubbling.
- 4 cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
