Raspberry Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 process raspberries and sugar in a blender or processor until smooth.
  • 2 press berries through fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.
  • 3 place berr mixture in saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and stir over medium heat until thickened & bubbling.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
