Mango Cheese

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup mango pulp
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar, lime juice, and mango pulp.
- 2 in a heavy-bottomed sauce pan, cook while stirring constantly until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- 3 take a bit of the cheese mixture and put in cold water. if finished, it should form a ball.
- 4 grease a shallow pan with rum or butter.
- 5 pour cheese mixture 1" thick.
- 6 when cooled, cut into cubes and toss in granulated sugar.
