Mango Cheese

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup mango pulp

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar, lime juice, and mango pulp.
  • 2 in a heavy-bottomed sauce pan, cook while stirring constantly until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  • 3 take a bit of the cheese mixture and put in cold water. if finished, it should form a ball.
  • 4 grease a shallow pan with rum or butter.
