Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh italian parsley
- 1/3 cup gorgonzola
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk, well shaken
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 blend parsley, cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a food prcessor until smooth. blend in buttermilk, vinegar, salt and pepper. transfer the dressing to a bowl and stir in the chives.
