Eva's Peanut Butter Fudge

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 bring sugar and evaporated milk to a boil in a heavy saucepan.
  • 2 boil until it reaches the soft-ball stage.
  • 3 remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow creme and vanilla.
  • 4 beat until well blended.
  • 5 pour into buttered 8x8 pan.
  • 6 refrigerate until set.
  • 7 cut into 1 inch pieces.
