Elderberry Jam

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts crushed elderberries
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 6 cups sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine berries, vinegar, and sugar.
  • 2 bring slowly to boiling, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves. cook rapidly until thick.
  • 3 as mixture thickens, stir frequently to prevent sticking.
  • 4 pour boiling hot mixture into sterilized jars. adjust lids.
