Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup golden brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy; beat in brown and white sugars unil smooth, beat in eggs, one at a timel beat in vanilla.
- 2 in separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt; stir into butter mixture in three additions. stir in semisweet and white chocolate.(5oz each).
- 3 drop by rounded tablespoons, about 2 1/2 inches apart, greased baking sheets; flatten slightly.
- 4 bake in 350f oven for about 10 minutes, until edges are golden and centres stil soft. makes about 48 cookies.
