Ingredients

- 3 mangoes, peeled, sliced and chilled
- 1 quart good quality vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup approximately galliano liqueur
- fresh strawberries, sliced for garnish
Recipe
- 1 place mango slices around edge of dessert plate; top with scoop of ice cream and pour galliano over all. garnish with the sliced fresh strawberries.
