- 8 fresh banana peppers
- 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- 1 slit banana peppers and clean out seeds. stuff with cheddar cheese. roll in batter and then deep fry.
