Easy Banana Muffins Healthier

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • nuts (optional)
  • chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mash bananas, add sugar and the slightly beaten egg.
  • 2 stir in melted butter.
  • 3 stir in dry ingredients.
  • 4 spoon into medium size muffin pan (i use the paper muffin cups inside pan).
  • 5 bake 20 minutes at 350-375°f.
