Easy Banana Muffins Healthier

Ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- 1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- nuts (optional)
- chocolate chips (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mash bananas, add sugar and the slightly beaten egg.
- 2 stir in melted butter.
- 3 stir in dry ingredients.
- 4 spoon into medium size muffin pan (i use the paper muffin cups inside pan).
- 5 bake 20 minutes at 350-375°f.
