- 15 ounces sliced beets
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 cup italian balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain beets and julienne.
- 2 peel and shred carrots.
- 3 in a bowl combine beets and carrots.
- 4 add vinaigrette and pepper.
- 5 toss gently.
- 6 chill for 30 minutes.
